Express Massage

A unique combination of massage and Aquatherapy to relax tense muscles! Our massage chair gently lifts you into a comfortable horizontal position for an effective 20 minute upper body massage. A relaxing 10 minute Aquabed session using pulsating water jets is a soothing finish to an effective massage treatment. (30 min) - $30

Massage Para Dos

Why get a massage alone? Bring in a friend or family member to enjoy the many benefits of massage therapy. Two therapists are provided to give you and your partner an enjoyable hour of massage! (60 min) - $150

Optimal Performance Massage

Designed to help active individuals improve their flexibility and performance by deep tissue massage techniques and Ultrasound. Using both modalities we can loosen tense muscle fibers, increase circulation and eliminate adhesions. A stretching session is provided to complete the treatment. (60 min) - $85

HOT STONE MASSAGE

An ancient ritual of warm basalt stones applied to key body stress points and tight achy muscles. The warmth and weight of the stones relaxes muscle tissues. A unique massage experience!

DEEP TISSUE / RELAXING MASSAGE

Picture soft lighting and relaxing music while lying on a warm massage bed to enhance your massage experience. Our massage therapists will help relieve tension, increase circulation and promote relaxation to improve your physical well being. Time well spent!

HEAD / NECK / SHOULDER MASSAGE

A combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage to relieve stress and tension known to trigger headaches. Doctor recommended on a regular basis to break the headache cycle.

MOTHER TO BE MASSAGE

A specialized massage for the mother to be focusing on the supporting lower back. Perfect for achy and tired lower back, gluteal and leg muscles. Special pregnancy cushions and pillows make Mom comfortable, and protect baby.

HEADACHE MASSAGE

Doctor recommended to relax muscles known to trigger headaches. Concentrates on scalp, face, neck and upper back. Best when used on a maintenance basis to help break the headache cycle.

$35 for 1/2 hour session
$60 for 1 hour session
